Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 per year
Hours: 45 hours per week – flexible shifts, create and manage your own timetable

Safely operate buses along designated routes across the city

Deliver exceptional customer service to all passengers

Maintain punctuality and adhere to your assigned timetable

Ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and roadworthy before and after each shift

Handle passenger queries in a polite and professional manner

Follow all company operational standards and guidelines

Full UK driving licence (Category D / PCV)

Valid Driver CPC qualification

Clean and safe driving record

Previous professional driving experience is highly desirable

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work flexibly across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Minimum basic education (GCSE level or equivalent)
