Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technician role: trong>

• Lead the production of detailed architectural drawings, technical designs, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.

• Oversee and mentor junior team members, ensuring the highest standards of technical accuracy and project delivery.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to develop robust and efficient technical solutions across multiple project types.

• Conduct and manage site visits, surveys, and inspections to gather critical information, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with design intent and building regulations.

• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and consultants, providing expert technical advice and resolving complex design or construction challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.

• In-depth understanding of UK building regulations, codes, and construction standards.

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects from concept through to completion.

• Excellent technical drawing and design coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and quality.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proactive approach to project management and team collaboration.
