Your work may include 1:1 support, small-group interventions, and general classroom assistance—helping pupils stay engaged, build confidence, and make meaningful progress.
This role is ideal for graduates who are motivated by working with young people and are considering a pathway into teaching, educational psychology, or wider school-based careers.
You will gain first-hand experience in behaviour management, differentiation, curriculum support, and effective classroom practice, all while being supported by experienced teachers and pastoral staff.

- Minimum £100 per day, rising to £25k+ permanent salary after temp period
