Head of Conveyancing - Birmingham
A new opportunity exists for a Senior Conveyancer to join this well-established national firm.
Joining a team of high experienced lawyers, you will have technical legal expertise in conveyancing, Key responsibilities will include:
- Heading up plot sales, home ownership and right to buy teams
- Day to day management and supervision of individuals
- Onboarding and training new team members
- Implementing new technology and processes
- Working with colleagues on business development and marketing
- Delivering and implementing strategy
The teams deal with a variety of work encompassing shared ownership, plot sales, right to buy, action sales, sales and purchases, staircasing, lease extensions and collective enfranchisement.
You will be able to demonstrate strong management skills, exceptional client service and the ability to grow and deliver the teams. Experience of acting for Housing Associations is helpful but not essential.
