What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef or above
- Food Safety Level 2 & Food Allergen Awareness (or willingness to obtain)
- Confident, adaptable, and organised in fast-paced kitchens
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and kitchen operations
- Valid Right to Work in the UK
