Job Operative, Birmingham

We have a superb opportunity for a Batcher Operative to join our Aviation business working on our project at Birmingham Airport.

You will operate a concrete batching plant to mix and produce concrete to specific client and quality requirements. You will be responsible for running the plant, monitoring equipment, performing quality control tests, maintaining a clean and safe site, and managing raw material stock levels.

About you

• Previous experience within the construction industry (beneficial but not essential).
• A full clean driving licence.
• The ability to work well under pressure, plan, organise, and prioritise workload while meeting tight deadlines.
• A strong awareness of site safety standards and practices.
