Reed Education is seeking a dynamic Candidate Manager to lead our candidate attraction strategy and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified teachers and academic staff for schools across the UK.
What You'll Do
- Develop strategic partnerships with UK universities, SCITT providers, and FE colleges to access trainee teachers and education professionals.
- Organise and attend university career fairs and recruitment events.
- Launch and manage innovative initiatives such as our Candidate Ambassador Program.
- Optimise job board performance and sourcing strategies to maximise ROI.
- Support and train the UK Resourcer team in best practices for candidate engagement, sourcing advert writing.
- Explore international recruitment opportunities and government initiatives.
- Enhance candidate referral schemes and streamline compliance and onboarding processes.
What We're Looking For
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Ability to analyse data and optimise sourcing channels.
- Knowledge of the education sector and teacher training pathways (highly desirable).
