Our manufacturing facility houses a purpose built clean room complex which allows manufacturing and testing of non-sterile liquids and semi-solids in batch sizes ranging from 30ml to 1000L for liquids and 10g to 500Kg for semi-solid products. The clean room complex houses a series of clean rooms where the environmental conditions approximate to grade D standards with the aid of a modern state of the art HVAC and building management system. The clean room manufacturing complex is fully validated and all products are manufactured and controlled within a robust quality management system in accordance to EU Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) rules and regulations. We have an in-house Quality Control laboratory to carry out the testing of ingredients and components used in manufacturing operations along with QC testing of finished products. Our premises are licensed by the executive agency of the department of health, the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.
